Anitra King, President of SSECCA, met with the ECC Board of Trustees to discuss the tentative agreement and acknowledged the administrative team's collaborative efforts throughout the negotiation process. With our current contract set to expire on June 30, this tentative agreement highlights the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of all parties to reach a mutually beneficial outcome for members and the college.

After the presentation of the changes, you will cast your ratification vote: YES to accept, or NO.
This meeting is only for SSECCA members paying union dues.

For the past three months, our Contract Negotiations Team has been working tirelessly at the bargaining table to secure a fair and strong contract for SSECCA members. As negotiations continue, your support is more important than ever.

Please join us at the next ECC Board of Trustees Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, at 6:30 p.m. in Room E125. Wear your SSECCA blue to show our collective strength and solidarity.

Members and supporters will also have the opportunity to address the Board during public comment. Each speaker is allotted two minutes to share why supporting SSECCA and investing in its employees matters to our college community.

A strong turnout sends a powerful message: we stand together, and we stand behind our bargaining team. We hope to see you there.
