Meet Chloe Yauslin, one of the newest members of our NFV Middle School team! Chloe joins us as a 5th Grade Math Teacher and is kicking off her first year in education. 💙🖤

Chloe describes her strengths as flexible, creative, and always willing to learn new things, qualities that make her a great addition to our Tigerhawk team!

Today, Thursday 9-3 middle school sports will end at 2:30. Tomorrow 9-4 cross-country will run at 6:00 AM at the high school. Football and Volleyball will practice 1:00-2:30 at the middle school.

🔬 SCIENCE IN SLOW MOTION! 🎬

Science is about exploring phenomena, asking questions, and testing ideas. Our students used slow-motion video to capture what happens when a bat meets a water-filled balloon, including a split-second look at force, motion, and inertia that our eyes normally miss.

At NFVMS, we don’t just cover the material. We give students opportunities to uncover, discover, and experience authentic learning for themselves.

Due to the continued hot weather and temperatures in our non-air-conditioned school buildings, North Fayette Valley will dismiss at 1pm on both Thursday, September 3, and Friday, September 4.

Please see the upcoming schedule changes for North Fayette Valley Schools due to the heat and humidity in our schools:

Tuesday, September 1 - 1 p.m. Dismissal

Wednesday, September 2 - 1 p.m. Dismissal

The temperature conditions in our school will be assessed on Wednesday to determine whether schedule changes are needed on Thursday and Friday.

Today middle school football and middle school cross-country will practice until 2:30. The activity shuttle bus will leave the middle school at 2:30 arriving at the high school approximately 2:45. If we should have an early out on Tuesday, volleyball and cross-country will practice and football will go home.
