Clarification on Business Registration Renewal Forms! We sent out our business registration renewal forms last week. It has come to our attention that the code reference at the bottom of the page is thought to be a dollar amount. All renewal forms have an individualized sticker on the top right hand corner of the page that notates how much each business owes. The lower code reference "§ 110.08 FEES AND CHARGES." is the portion of city code that was adopted allowing for the fees and charges to be applied to business registrations. This is not a dollar amount. Please contact the City Clerk with any additional questions.

The City of Elephant Butte is aiding New Mexico Water in informing customers that there is a water main located behind the area of Carousel Park that will be having maintenance performed on it tomorrow morning beginning at 9:00am. This water main serviced by New Mexico Water may cause a water supply disturbance in neighboring streets. Please be mindful of this planned maintenance outage.
