Please help if you can. Our Elderton Plumcreek Recreation Park here within the Borough is a great place for kids to have fun. Camera’s are a much needed investment to keep the park beautiful for years to come. Anything and everything helps!

Help Us Protect Our Park 🙏

Due to several recent incidents, we are working toward installing security cameras throughout the park to help protect our facilities, equipment, and the place so many families gather to make memories. This will also allow our restrooms to be OPEN throughout the summer season for patrons to utilize.

SO many have reached out or commented on previous posts, offering to help. While we make EVERY effort to utilize all funds raised to benefit the park for our community (repairs, upgrades, additions) we realize this is an essential upgrade that we need help with. We have an incredibly supportive community - this we know and are SO grateful for. 🫶 Infact we have been able to complete over $10,000 in MUCH NEEDED upgrades this year so far! With more repairs/upgrades/additions still needing to happen; we ask for your help once more.

Every contribution, big or small, will help us move closer to creating a safer environment for everyone who visits the park.

A courteous notification reminding dog walkers to dispose of pet waste as mandated by borough ordinance. 🐶 Thank you for your help in keeping our town clean.

Please keep an eye on our local park. If anyone sees anything please say. Lots of time and money goes into the park to stay nice. We want to keep it that way!

We've been receiving messages about RECENT and NEW, inappropriate and offensive graffiti being CARVED into the playground slides. We've also been made aware of a fire attempting to be started under a pavilion and quite a bit of garbage being left all around.

We have a dedicated board who spend COUNTLESS hours taking care of the Park and raising money for improvements. Our goal is to ensure our Park is safe and well preserved for everyone currently and for future generations to come.

It is incredibly upsetting and disrespectful not just to our Board, but to our Community.

If you SEE something. SAY something.
