Construction Notice
Dear Kaneland Community,
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our district facilities, major construction projects are officially scheduled to begin this coming Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and continue throughout the summer.
This summer, you will see significant activity across the district, including the start of the new school fieldhouse at Kaneland High School and facility upgrades, as well as exciting playground transformations at our elementary schools.
What you need to know for Tuesday:
Campus Access: Certain parking lots, walkways, and fields around the High School campus will be fenced off and restricted to authorized personnel only. Please follow all posted directional signage.
Playground Closures: Elementary playground areas are undergoing renovations and will be closed until further notice to ensure community safety.
Safety First: Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be moving on and around campuses. Please exercise extra caution when driving near school zones.
