The team is supported not only by Annette & Steve but their amazing Director of Operations, Hannah Miller, two outstanding buyer's specialists, Brittany Baie & Daniell Sanfilippo, and our detail oriented Transaction Coordinator, Alec Lukie. It is very important that the members of our team are active members of their communities. The Siwys and their family are long-time residents of Elburn; they are very involved in the Chamber of Commerce and where Annette is an active member of the Elburn Lions Club and Steve continues to assist the Elburn Fire Department as a committee member. Annette & Steve, along with their 3 children, organize an annual community food drive that serves not only Elburn, but the entire Kane county as well. In addition, they sponsor and/or coordinate several community events including: Letters to Santa, Blackberry Creek Easter Egg Hunt, Elburn Fire Department Pancake Breakfast, Elburn Fireworks, Elburn Christmas Stroll, Special Olympics, and many more!
