Join us on Monday, May 4 at 6:00 PM at the Elbert County Middle School Auditorium for an important community presentation focused on Autism and Dementia Awareness and Preparedness Response Event.
This event is designed to help law enforcement and other public safety personnel better understand and assist individuals and families affected by autism and dementia during emergency situations. The evening will also include a tracking K9 presentation, scent kit information, and a discussion on how providing critical information to public safety can improve emergency response efforts, especially in cases involving missing persons.
We encourage families, caregivers, first responders, and community members to attend and be part of this meaningful and informative evening as we work together to create a safer, more prepared community. More information to follow.
