The El Paso Advocates for Prevention Coalition, PRC, Padres, and the Rural Youth Prevention Program proudly held their first Health and Wellness Fair in the Fort Hancock rural community. The event was a great success, bringing together many families who received valuable information, resources, and support from community partners offering services throughout the rural counties.

We would like to extend a special thank you to the Fort Hancock Commissioner’s Office and all the organizations that came out to support our efforts in Fort Hancock. Your partnership and commitment to our rural communities helped make this event meaningful and impactful for the families we serve.

Are you an educator, parent, or work with youth? Even only as a member of the community, knowing the different presentations of e-ci******es can help you accurately spot the product. While some have a stereotypical cigarette looking frame, others may look similar to a USB flash drive.

Misconceptions about e-ci******es due to their appearance:

They are NOT flavored water v***r.
They are NOT “safer” than ci******es.
