Life EMS Academy:Official We are an EMS Academy offering classes for Emergency Medical Techinician-Basic, Advanced-EMT, and Paramedic. Our Paramedic program is national accredited.

Life EMS Academy

Founded in 1999, Life EMS Academy is a school designed to provide students with a high-quality and affordable education in emergency medical services. We are able to provide our students with the latest educational standards, taught by experienced instructors with a wide variety of EMS and medical backgrounds. Classes include initial certification at the EMT-Basic level, Advance

d-EMT, and Paramedic. We also offer refresher courses for the National Registry at all levels. Our students receive quality classroom instruction and clinical/field internships with local hospitals and Life Ambulance, Inc. Students are exposed to the realities of EMS and are able to gain first hand experience working with patients, hospital staff, and other EMS providers and agencies. *****AEMT PSYCHOMOTOR EXAM*****
Life EMS Academy will be hosting an AEMT Psychomotor (skills) Exam on 07/31/21 at 0800. The site fee is $150, retest included. Registration cut-off is 07/14/21 and seats to test are limited. * Advanced EMT Course Update*
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we will be accepting office visits by appointment only. If you are planning to register for the course, you can visit our Trowbridge office (5720 Trowbridge Dr B, El Paso, TX 79925) to submit your down payment, which secures your application and seat in the class. Once you have paid your down payment and received your receipt, you can call the academy office to schedule an appointment. If your call is not answered, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE, and someone will get back to you when they are in office. On the day of your appointment, you will be able to meet with a staff member to fill out the application and begin submitting necessary paperwork needed for the course. Please remember to wear a face mask during your office visit, to protect yourself, our staff, and our students. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Our next EMT-Advanced class is open for registration, (registration ends Nov. 30th) and will start on December 5th. The class is Monday and Thursday evenings from 1800-2200 (6:00-10:00), and Saturdays 0800-1700 (8:00-5:00). The cost is $2,300, covering tuition and books, with a down payment of $900. Applications can be filled out at the school, Life Ambulance, or downloaded off of our website. The EMT-Basic course that was scheduled to begin September 30th has been rescheduled. Our new start date is now November 4th. Registration has been extended until October 25th.We have a few seats left, so make sure to reserve your spot in the class with an application AND down-payment. Our next EMT- Basic class has been approved, is open for registration, and will start on Monday, September 30th.The class is Monday and Wednesday evenings from 1800-2200 (6:00-10:00), and Saturdays 0800-1700 (8:00-5:00) Applications can be filled out at the school, Life Ambulance, or downloaded off our website. We currently have 20 open seats left, so reserve your spot today with an application and down payment. Tuition is $1475.00, with a down payment of $700.00.
