Uh que la chingada! Electric goes up, gas goes up, and very soon water will go up too. All our utilities keep rising while salaries stay the same, yet we somehow have money to give tax breaks to big companies and even use taxpayer dollars to build some of their infrastructure. Y pa acabarla, new maintenance fees are being suggested!
We need to speak up!!! Please attend the upcoming City Council meeting and speak out. If you can’t make it, call or email the City Clerk. Tu voz cuenta! Enough is enough ✊🏾

I respect Rep Canales and his courage in standing up for the right thing, even if the big donor/development class doesn't agree. Please make your voices heard to [email protected] for the 'no build' option (i.e. repair, don't widen, demolish, and displace ppl). Deadline 11:59 pm tonight, 10/14!!
