The Marina Village Middle School Parent Teacher Club (PTC) would like to welcome you to our school. For those of you who are unfamiliar with us, we are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. The MVMS PTC works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for student

s, teachers, and parents. The purpose of our organization is to aid the students and staff by providing support for educational and recreational needs, to promote open communication between administration, teachers and parents and to encourage MVMS school spirit and pride. The PTC uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support all the efforts of the staff of our school. These programs and activities help promote the welfare of the children in school, home and community through the united efforts of all the parents and the entire Middle School staff. You can participate and help us make the 2019-2020 a great school year. Our group meets monthly to discuss events, plan fundraisers to enhance all programs, and share ideas. This is a wonderful way to find out what is happening at our school. The PTC is a great opportunity for you to get involved with your child’s education and school! Parent volunteers help provide needed services throughout the year. You can count on the PTC to believe in our children and support their journey through middle school with compassion, encouragement and integrity. This year promises to be one of growth, success and continued excellence. We in the PTC believe that it is the ultimate importance that we do everything we can to enhance the learning environment of our children as they truly are our future. It will take all of us working together to ensure that this happens.

Get ready for bounce houses, carnival and volleyball games, face painting, a raffle, and booths from student groups such as music leadership, hands for hope, One Green Step, and Friends of the MVMS Library. Food will be provided by Buckhorn BBQ, Drewski’s Dios De Los Tacos, Handel’s Ice Cream, and The Mini Donut Shack.

Halfway to the weekend! Stop by Big Apple Bagels 🥯 on Wednesday, 3/25, between 8am and 2pm, and pick up some food. Be sure to mention MVMS when ordering, as a portion of proceeds go back to the school.

The MVMS PTC online auction fundraiser is live through March 31st. We are adding new options weekly, featuring a great mix of donations for parents and families. We’re incredibly grateful to our local businesses, MVMS teachers, and Mr. Cambridge for their generous contributions in support of our school, students, and teachers.
