The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD) provides the community with public parks and recreation services and facilities, CC&R enforcement, design review approval and enforcement, cable television, and waste/recycling services. This local special district is led by the District's Board of Directors, who are elected by our residents. We employ professional management and staff who manage the diverse services and facilities for the El Dorado Hills community. Celebrating 20 years of service!

During the September 10 Board of Directors meeting, Teri Gotro, former Director of Administration and Finance, was recognized in honor of her retirement from the El Dorado Hills Community Services District.
After 20 years with the District, Teri officially retired in July. Her dedication, leadership, and contributions have made a meaningful difference to the District and the El Dorado Hills community.

The District is incredibly thankful for everything Teri has done over the past two decades and grateful for the lasting impact she has made along the way.

Congratulations on your retirement, Teri! Wishing you all the best in this next chapter. ❤️

Twenty-five years ago, our nation was forever changed.
Today, we pause to remember and honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001. We also recognize the courage of the first responders, service members, and countless individuals who came together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
As we reflect on this solemn anniversary, we remember the lives taken, honor the heroes who answered the call, and recognize the strength and resilience that emerged in the days that followed.

🚧 PARKING LOT CLOSURE – PROMONTORY PARK

Please be advised that the Promontory Park parking lot will be closed Thursday, September 10, for maintenance, including parking stall and curb striping.

The parking lot is expected to reopen by the afternoon, in time for CSD and youth sports programming.

🌟 Get ready to cheer, encourage, and celebrate at the 6th annual Try-athlon with Walk with Austin! 🌟

Join us Saturday, October 3 at 9 a.m. at Community Park & Pool as young athletes swim, bike, run, and roll their way through the course. Every participant will be celebrated for their accomplishment and receive a medal!

Want to be part of the action? Walk with Austin is also looking for volunteers to help make this special event possible. Visit their website to sign up: https://www.walkwithaustin.org/

And once the athletes cross the finish line, the celebration continues with a finisher party at 12 p.m. 🎉

Happy Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

Please note that the El Dorado Hills Community Services District offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. Our offices will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

While our offices are closed, the Community Pool will remain open for limited hours for holiday fun!
