Wilson Jr. High School proudly celebrated the Class of 2026 during a memorable 8th Grade Promotion ceremony filled with recognition, reflection, and excitement for the future.
A special highlight of the evening was Wilson's Dual Immersion Program, which gives students the opportunity to become bilingual, biliterate, and culturally connected learners. Dual Immersion students were recognized for their dedication and achievements. The ceremony also featured student leadership, special recognitions, and meaningful speeches that reflected on the memories, growth, and accomplishments of this outstanding class.
Thank you to Principal Mr. Nunez, Assistant Principal Mike Ceasar, the Wilson teachers and staff, and the families who supported these students every step of the way. We also appreciate our ECESD Board of Trustees, Superintendent Ruben Castro, and Cabinet members for joining us to celebrate this important milestone.
A special shoutout to the ECESD Safety Department, led by John Beltran, for helping keep the event safe, organized, and welcoming for our students, families, and guests.
