Scattered storms return tomorrow, followed by heavier downpours that could lead to street flooding Monday & Tuesday. The week starts soggy with an ABC13 Weather Watch, we’re keeping an eye on how lingering moisture could impact Houston’s World Cup match this Sunday.

Hello Residents!

Everyone is welcome to our first day of summer camp kick off event!!

Parents; if your student is unsure if they want to attend bring them by to see what we have in store!

There’s no requirement to sign up but we will be accepting new campers the day of!

10:30-1:30

Water fun, SNOWCONES, crafts, snacks & so much more!!

We are also accepting volunteers for any parents who want their student to attend but don’t want to leave them by themselves!

*Summer camp is until July 16th
*Ages 5-17

(Must be potty trained and enrolled in school )

With the mosquito problems rising; it is vital to maintain all yards.

Please take time this week to attempt to have all yards mowed by 1pm Friday May 29th, 2026.

Please remember as per your lease; REGULAR yard maintenance is expected.

The recent rain has caused excessive growth, so for this weather season; your yard may need additional attention. 🌱🌿🍃

We would like to issue a public reminder to all residents in light of summer beginning

Please remember the following guidelines:

• Residents under the age of 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
• Guests under the age of 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

• Curfew on property is 10pm

PLAYGROUND RULES STATE ALL RESIDENTS & GUEST USING THE PLAYGROUND/BASKETBALL COURTS MUST BE MONITORED
AND NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.

• THERE ARE TO BE NO BIKES, SCOOTERS, STROLLERS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS RIDDEN IN THE ROADWAY.

• SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH THROUGH OUR PROPERTY.

• SOME STUDENTS WILL BE PICKED UP FOR SUMMER SCHOOL.
NO ONE SHOULD BE PASSING THE BUS. THIS IS A STATE LAW!!

VIOLATIONS WILL BE USED FOR ANY NON-COMPLIANT UNITS.

THIS IS AN OPEN INVITATION FOR AGES 5-17 TO STOP IN AND CHECK OUT OUR SUMMER CAMP AGENDA AND REGISTER TO ATTEND.

THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO ATTEND THE REST OF CAMP THIS IS JUST AN EVENT FOR EVERYONE OF OUR YOUTH ON PROPERTY TO GET AQUAINTED WITH EACH OTHER AND DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO ATTEND.

WE WILL HAVE CRAFTS, SNACKS, WATER ACTIVITIES AND SO MUCH MORE!

PLEASE RSVP YOUR CHILD ON LOFTLIVNG WEBSITE SO WE CAN BE SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH REFRESHMENTS FOR EVERYONE.

*CHANGE OF CLOTHES & TOWELS ARE RECOMMENDED.

(AGES ARE 5-17. AS LONG AS THEY ARE TURNING 5 BEFORE DEC 1 THEY MAY ATTEND AGES 17 IF STILL IN SCHOOL)

WE UNDERSTAND SOME HAVE SPORTS CAMPS.. THEY CAN SIGN UP AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND EVERYDAY.
