El Campo ISD El Campo ISD traces its roots to a one-room schoolhouse with seven students established in 1889.

El Campo ISD currently serves 3,500 students on five campuses: Myatt Elementary (grades Pre-K), Hutchins Elementary (grades 1-3), Northside Elementary (grades 4-5), El Campo Middle School (grades 6-8) and El Campo High School (grades 9-12).
