The Egg Harbor City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing dog.Arya is an 18-month-old Rottweiler. She was last seen on the morning of June 11, 2026, in the area of Moss Mill Road, just off of Philadelphia Avenue.🐾 Information:
Breed: Rottweiler
Age: 18 months
Temperament: Friendly and very food-driven
Last Seen: Moss Mill Road / Philadelphia Avenue

Egg Harbor City- On Sunday May 17th, 2026, at approximately 5:58 p.m., emergency crews responded to the intersection of Route 30 and New York Avenue.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a motorcyclist traveling westbound on Route 30 was struck by an eastbound vehicle .
The motorcyclist, Alexander Oswald, 33, of Mullica Township, suffered fatal injuries.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, Uriel Mendez-Martinez, 21, of Atlantic City, sustained injuries and was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.
Assisting agencies included the Mullica Township Police Department, the New Jersey State Police (NJSP), the Egg Harbor City Fire Department, AtlantiCare EMS and the Galloway Township Ambulance Squad.
The crash remains under active investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Crash Unit and the Egg Harbor City Police Department.
Anyone with information regarding the crash is urged to contact the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office or the Egg Harbor City Police Department.

EGG HARBOR CITY, NJ — April 17, 2026 — The Egg Harbor City Police Department, in collaboration with the New Jersey State Police Crime Suppression South Unit, today announced the arrest of two individuals following a targeted narcotics investigation and the ex*****on of a court-authorized search warrant.
On April 17, 2026, law enforcement officers executed the search warrant at a residence on the 500 block of St. Louis Avenue in Egg Harbor City. The operation resulted in the arrest of Kody Ryan, 37, and Jamie Winters, 43.
As a result of the investigation, both Ryan and Winters have been charged with the following offenses:
• Unlawful possession of a weapon while committing a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) offense
• Unlawful possession of a handgun
• Possession with intent to distribute a CDS
• Possession of a CDS
• Three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use
• Three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia
• Four counts of receiving stolen property
During the booking process, authorities also confirmed that Winters was a wanted person by both the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office and authorities in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Following their arrests, both individuals were remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility, where they remain pending further court proceedings.
The Egg Harbor City Police Department remains committed to working alongside state partners to ensure the safety of our neighborhoods and to address the unlawful distribution of narcotics and illegal fi****ms within the community.

These charges are merely an accusation and not proof of guilt. In all criminal cases, a charged defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law
