Their troop used their cookie sale proceeds to create 24 blessing bags for The Glen-Ed Pantry. These thoughtful bags will help provide comfort and essential items to individuals and families in our community.

A big thank you to the Bear Den of Pack 8072 from St. Mary’s & Saint Boniface for spending time with us at The Glen-Ed Pantry! 💚💛

The group brought in snacks to help create grab bags for our clients and took time to learn more about both the pantry and the Second Chance Thrift Shop during their visit and tour.

We love seeing young community members learning about the importance of giving back and helping others. Thank you, Pack 8072, for your kindness, generosity, and hard work serving our community!

We pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

A huge thank you to Ava for choosing to give back to The Glen-Ed Pantry in honor of her 8th birthday! 💚

Instead of birthday gifts, Ava asked friends and family to help support local families in need, collecting an incredible 57 pounds of food along with cash donations for the pantry.

We are so grateful for Ava’s kindness, generosity, and big heart. Thank you to everyone who joined in to help make a difference in our community! 💛

Standing together in that moment, we were overwhelmed by the love, support, and shared commitment. It was a powerful reminder that this project is exactly what we’ve always said it is: built by the community, for the community. What we’re creating is more than a building; it’s a brighter future for our neighbors, today and for generations to come.

For over 40 years, this mission has been carried forward by people like you, through your time, your generosity, and your belief in caring for one another.

A huge thank you to the Junior Service Club of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon for their incredible generosity! 💚💛

Thanks to their hard work and support from the community, they donated more than 2,100 pounds of peanut butter, jelly, and pudding to The Glen-Ed Pantry, along with a monetary donation to help further support our mission.

These items help provide easy, kid-friendly meal and snack options for the families we serve, and this generosity will make a meaningful impact throughout our community.

We are so grateful for partners like JSC who continue to show up and support local families in such a big way. Thank you for helping us keep our shelves stocked and our community cared for!
