A check-in doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, a simple “Hey, you good?” is all it takes to open the door to a conversation and let someone know you’re there.

You don’t have to know exactly what to say or have the right advice. What matters is being willing to ask, listen, and give someone the space to be honest. And if you’re the one having a hard time, it’s okay to let someone know that, too.

Throughout Su***de Prevention Month, we’re encouraging everyone to be a little more intentional about checking in. We can all play a part in creating a community where people feel comfortable talking openly, reaching out, and asking for support when they need it.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness and remind each other that support is always within reach, for others and for ourselves.

We may not always know what someone around us is carrying, but we can all help create a community where people feel seen, supported, and connected. Sometimes, that starts with something as simple as a hello, a text, an invitation, or taking a moment to check in.

That’s the idea behind our 30 Day Kindness Challenge. Each day throughout September offers one simple way to reach out, brighten someone’s day, or strengthen the connections around us.

Screenshot the graphic to keep it handy, or stop by the office to pick up a printed copy. We also have a Kids Kindness Challenge for our youngest residents, with simple ways for kids to spread kindness too.

Small moments of connection can make a meaningful difference. Let’s create more of them this September.

Mayroad Residents,
It has been brought to our attention that someone has broken the cover to the irrigation timer at Mitchell park in order to shut off the irrigation. This behavior is unacceptable and counterproductive to our efforts in providing a wonderful living experience for all residents.

Whether at the park or at your home, if something needs to be addressed surrounding the irrigation run times, or any other issue, please call or place a work order. Please do not adjust or turn off irrigation.
