Pay attention because her belongings may just tell us who she was. -Metcalfe County, Kentucky

On January 19, 2021, a logger found her skeletal remains, clothes, and items on a farm in Center, Kentucky.

She is a Caucasian female estimated between 44 and 86 years old and anywhere from 5' 1" to 5' 7" tall.

She was found wearing a Hollister brand sweatshirt/jacket as seen pictured, a small pair of decorative leggings with metal buttons and rhinestone studs on the pockets, embroidered and woven back pockets with a butterfly, and a short-sleeved t-shirt.

(The leggings may have looked like jeans)

Items found near her body include a pink and red NFL blanket that said "Journey Team Advocate", a pill bottle containing coins to include both American and Canadian pennies and Maruhan Pachinko Tower Shibuya tokens, a piece of wire frame glasses with blue ear pieces, two watches, a yellow metal heart-shaped pendant with a central red stone, a white plastic bag with that said "Close to Home", dark colored zippered fly pants and a bible.

Exclusions are: Natasha Jones and Kelli Abad.

If you know who she is, please call the Kentucky State Police at
(270) 384-4796 or the Kentucky State Medical Examiner's Office at
(502) 489-5209.

All help is welcome and appreciated.

This National Peace Officers Memorial Day and throughout National Police Week, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the men of the City of Edmonton, KY Edmonton Police Department and the Metcalfe County Sheriffs Office for the work they do every day for our community.

We work beside these officers day and night. We hear the calls come in. We hear the stress in people’s voices when they’re scared, hurt, angry, or having the worst day of their lives, and we know these officers are the ones answering that call for help.

Folks see the badge and the uniform, but we get to see the people behind them too. The fathers, husbands, friends, and neighbors who miss meals, holidays, sleep, and time with their families and friends to serve ours.

Today especially, we remember the officers across this country who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Their names and their service will never be forgotten.

To our local officers: thank you for showing up every day for Metcalfe County. Thank you for the long nights, the hard calls, and the weight you carry that most people never see. We’re proud to work alongside you.

Stay safe, and know your community appreciates you more than words can say. 💙🖤
