University of Central Oklahoma College of Education and Professional Studies Department Curriculum and Instruction present the TeachForwardOK with UCO ECED & ELED Teacher Path Program.

UCO TeachForwardOK Teacher Path is pleased to offer a limited-time opportunity to complete 12 credit hours of coursework required for certification through alternative pathways in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. All in-state tuition and fees are fully covered.

Program Structure:

-Complete 12 credit hour through four remote, synchronous graduate courses on Zoom:

--Reading Pedagogy in PreK-6

--Math Pedagogy in PreK-6

--Child Guidance and Classroom Management in PreK-6

--Pedagogical Theories, Practices and Child Development

- Courses are designed for working adults

-- 4-week daytime blocks in Summer

--8-week evening blocks in Fall & Spring

Additional Benefits:

-$200 course materials stipend, reimbursed upon completion of all four courses

-Participation in workshops to prepare for certification tests (OSAT, APK, FORT)

-Early-career support through professional development opportunities

All four courses apply directly to the M.Ed. in Teaching & Learning in PreK-6, allowing you to complete your first 12 graduate credit hours at no cost.

A UCO TeachForwardOK Teacher Path is pleased to offer a limited-time opportunity to pursue standard certification in secondary education. 100% of tuition and fees are paid

-Complete two synchronous Zoom graduate courses:
--Classroom Management
--Designing Instruction for Secondary Students (pedagogy course)

-Finish both courses in one semester with an 8-week block course schedule for each course

- Earn a course material stipend ($100) reimbursed upon two-course completion

- Participate in online workshops that support teacher certification requirement completion

- Engage in early career support via professional development and earn a completion stipend.

Rosa is a second year MAT student who has been invited to present at the 2026 National Athletic Trainers' Association Clinical Symposia and AT Expo in Philadelphia, PA this summer. The topic of the presentation is
"Addressing Foot Insecurity in Collegiate Athletics: A Critically Appraised Topic." This is a topic that Rosa is passionate about and wants to bring awareness of this issue to the public to ensure collegiate athletes have access to nutritious foods.

This is your one-stop shop to get all your graduation regalia, including caps, hoods, and gowns. You can also connect with university partners like STLR and Career Services to help prepare for your big day! Graduation Foto will also offer a free portrait sitting session where you can then preview and order the pictures online.
