The Edmond Police Department would like to thank the citizens who have made us aware of flyers and social media posts advertising parties at Arcadia Lake tonight.

At this time, there are no registered events or parties at Arcadia Lake associated with the flyers currently circulating online.

Edmond Police officers will be patrolling the lake areas throughout the entire Memorial Day weekend with a focus on maintaining the safety and peace of everyone enjoying the lake, parks, and campgrounds.

If anyone is interested in hosting an event at Arcadia Lake, please contact the Arcadia Lake Park Office at 405-216-7470 for information regarding permits and event registration.

Arcadia Lake Shooting/Homicide Investigation

The Edmond Police Department is actively investigating a recent shooting incident that occurred on May 3, 2026, and is requesting the public’s assistance. Detectives are seeking any videos, social media captures, photographs, or information related to the incident.

Investigators believe there may be digital evidence available that has not been provided to law enforcement, which could help further this investigation.

If you witnessed the incident, observed any suspicious activity, and captured any digital media related to the incident, investigators ask that you submit it using the QR code or link provided.

Tips and evidence submissions can be made anonymously.

UPDATE: Juvenile has been located and returned home.

MISSING JUVENILE: The Edmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing 17-year-old Tristin.

Tristin is on the autism spectrum and may be uncomfortable around unfamiliar people. If you locate him, please call 911 and approach him calmly.

He was last seen around 1:09 p.m. near Walmart at 2200 W. Danforth Rd. and may still be wearing the clothing shown in the attached photo
