Summer session: officially wrapped! ☀️💙

SGA held its 3rd Senate Meeting and August Training, marking the final Senate meeting of the summer! Five members were officially sworn in and took the Oath of Office, welcoming new voices to the Senate.

Vice President External Kevin Flores led the majority of the training, where senators learned more about SGA’s Student Travel Funds and how to share this resource with fellow Vaqueros. ✈️

With summer meetings behind us, SGA is ready to kick off the fall semester and continue serving, representing, and advocating for the UTRGV student body! 🧡
