UTRGV Police Department supervisors recently attended the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute (ELI), a four-and-a-half-day seminar for executive-level law enforcement leaders that addresses current and emerging challenges in public safety.

Lt. Frank Lopez, Lt. Homar Bahena, and Lt. David Pena also completed the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy, a three-part leadership program consisting of the Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI), Command Leadership Institute (CLI), and Executive Leadership Institute (ELI).
