Our staff put their communication and teamwork skills to the test during our Communication Challenge! 🎧 👀 📢

Using creativity, patience, and lots of teamwork, staff members worked together to decorate cakes while overcoming fun communication obstacles.

Each team member had a communication limitation: one person was blindfolded, one wore headphones and couldn’t hear, and one couldn’t speak. Teams had to rely on teamwork, problem-solving, and nonverbal communication skills to complete their cake creations! From laughs to sweet masterpieces, everyone had a great time learning the importance of working together and supporting one another. 💙
