It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Penne Kinserlow (our City Clerk). Penne passed away this morning in a motor vehicle accident. She has been an amazing part of our little team at City Hall and we will miss her tremendously. We are asking for understanding as we morn her loss. Please keep Penne’s family in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.
