Welcome Principal Lomumba Ismail to CMS and 🍎 a massive THANK YOU to our incredible teachers and staff for everything you do for our students every single day!

We also want to send a shoutout to our dedicated PTO volunteers—this fun event simply wouldn't have happened without your hard work, time, and energy behind the scenes.

A special thank you goes to Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks for keeping everyone fueled with delicious food! 🍕🥪. Remember to support them on Tuesdays for their BOGO pizza promo!

Moments like this are entirely made possible thanks to the generosity of our community through fundraisers and donations. Thank you to everyone who contributed to support our school!

We are very excited to welcome back teachers and staff on Monday, Aug. 31!! HUGE THANK YOU to Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks Chanhassen & CMS PTO for providing a delicious meal for all.

This could not have been possible without the help of the PTO who have been working hard behind the scenes to partner with local businesses, ensure orders are placed, paid for, picked up and delivered. Special thank you to Harmony, Abby, Krystal, Nechia, Nancy and a couple of students helpers. A special shout out to Katie Little for her support, too! 🍕

On behalf of the CMS PTO….a HUGE THANK YOU to Wendy Emahiser (President), the 2025-2026 PTO Board and families that volunteered/donated this past year. We are grateful for your hard work and contributions which made this past year a success.

The Glow Dance, Staff & Teacher Appreciation events, the Candyland Dance, sporting goods donations for the kids, a new coffee machine for the teachers, end of year party for the kids and financial donations from our generous community.

We are looking forward to growing our community of families to help make the 2026-2027 school year fun for all the kids. Thank you and have an AMAZING summer ☀️!
