From the Commander

VISION

As commander of the Eau Claire Composite Squadron, it is my highest intent to provide a command climate that will produce unbridled growth, professionalism, and excellence. It has always been my belief that the ultimate success of a squadron starts with its commander’s ability to maintain approachability, transparency, and accountability.

MISSION

The Eau Claire Composite Squadron has a threefold mission.

CADET PROGRAMS: Producing the best cadets in the nation through implementation of the highest academic, moral, and physical standards.

EMERGENCY SERVICES: Provide the highest state of mission readiness through continued training, recruitment, and maintaining aircrew and ground team skill proficiency. Maintaining these standards are paramount to our squadron’s ability to provide the highest level of support to our federal, state, and local counterparts.

AEROSPACE EDUCATION: Striving for excellence through education by utilizing STEM, subject matter experts, orientation flights, and providing external education and exposure in the areas of rocketry, robotics, flight, space, weather, mathematics, physical science, and much more to members of our public and home school communities.

END STATE

We face an increasingly volatile volunteer climate in today's society. We must strive to maintain the vital capabilities of our squadron that we and those who came before us have worked so hard to create. Every member of the squadron is equally important and critical to our continued success and growth. Through dedication, professionalism, and selfless service, I have the utmost confidence we will excel above and beyond our own expectations.
