The US Army's Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is the educational and training program to produce future officers. We work inside the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire campus and provide training as you take classes. Week 10 is in the books! We started the week off with a team Murph, where CDT Louney and Lonsdorf were the first to finish. The following two days featured a team workout challenge and a 3-mile recovery run. In lab, we focused on Battle Drills 1A and 2A, along with EPW and Aid & Litter procedures.

Congratulations to Second Lieutenant Alexander Bartle on his commissioning into the United States Army!

2LT Bartle graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and minors in History and Military Science. He has been selected for Active Duty as an Infantry Officer.

We extend our sincere thanks to all who attended the ceremony and offer our deepest appreciation to 2LT Bartle for his dedication and significant contributions to the UWEC ROTC program.
