Our first household hazardous waste event of 2026 is on May 16th! During this event you can dispose of things like paint, motor oil, fertilizers/pesticides, and more!

Where: WRR Environmental Services, 5200 Ryder Road, Eau Claire
When: May 16th 8AM-12PM
Who: Eau Claire County residents and households
Cost: Most items are free to dispose of. Fees are charged for latex paint and lightbulbs. Check our website for more information.

We had a blast at Earth Fest! Over 1,000 people came through to participate in workshops, the Repair Fair, and to chat with local businesses and organizations about sustainability and the environment.

Here at Beaver Creek, we celebrate Earth Day ALL MONTH LONG with our campaign, "Earth Day Every Day" to encourage getting outside and trying new sustainable actions throughout April 🌎

We have a lot going on this month, and we hope you can participate in some of our activities. We will be giving away prizes at the end of every event.
