The Eau Claire Area EDC, a nonprofit organization, is a public/private sector partnership that works to advance economic prosperity through business and job growth. The Idea Challenge is an ongoing contest open to any individual or company with an idea for a new product or service. In order to qualify ideas must be pursued within the EDC's service area. After you submit your idea, business professionals will evaluate your idea and help you to determine if it is a feasible business concept.

We attended the Claybreaker benefit shoot with 165 shooters on Thursday at the Eau Claire Rod and Gun Club . One of us ran a pair of 50s and a 48, the other guy slow pulled himself into a 49. The pair took home first through fourth for individual shooters, and our 5 person team came home second.

We also were reminded that even if it's pouring buckets, shooting targets is still fun.
