The Assisted Living Community is located at the Oakwood Hills Campus at 3706 Damon St. In Eau Claire, WI and our Memory Care Community is located at 3515 E. 🎉 Congrats to Josh – our Employee of the Month! 🎉

Josh is an incredible part of the Heritage team, and we’re excited to recognize him for his hard work and dedication. 🌟

Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He has completed three half marathons, loves working out and running, and has recently developed a passion for kayaking. He also enjoys cooking and is a proud pet parent to two dogs, Ellie and Pattie, and four cats, Penny, Franny, Lucy, and Philly. One of Josh’s unique interests is house plants—he has collected more than 60 of them!

With nine years of experience in healthcare, Josh brings both compassion and dedication to his role every day. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Heritage, Josh shared, “I enjoy that every day is different, but no matter where the day takes me, I know I’ll always be able to make my coworkers and, most importantly, my residents smile. Being able to put smiles on residents’ faces means the most to me.”

His positive attitude, caring nature, and commitment to making a difference are felt by everyone around him. 💙

Did you know it’s Dairy Month? We always host a dairy breakfast for our residents every June and always look forward to a new item to make the menu. This year a resident suggested vanilla custard with cherrios. Let me tell you, it was a fan favorite!🍦🍩🥛🧀🍳
