This October, Heritage at Oakwood Hills is hosting a Canned Food Drive to help support individuals and families in our local community!

From October 1–15, we’ll be collecting nonperishable, unexpired food items, with all donations benefiting a local food pantry.

🛒 Suggested donations include canned vegetables and fruit, soup, pasta, peanut butter, cereal, and boxed meals.

📍 Donations can be dropped off at Heritage at Oakwood Hills, 3706 Damon Street, Eau Claire.

Every donation, big or small, can make a difference. Thank you for helping us give back to our Eau Claire community! 💛

Our friends at Assisted Living Advisors are hosting their 2nd Annual Grandparents Day Cake Walk this weekend, and when they asked if we’d be willing to donate a cake, we knew exactly who to call—our friends at Beez Neez Cheesecakes and Sweets! 🎂🐝

What a great way to wrap up the summer! ☀️💜

The Thursday before Labor Day, our team took over the Festival Foods Brat Stand to raise funds for the Stand in the Light Memory Choir, and thanks to the incredible support of our community, we raised over $900!

We had the pleasure of presenting the choir with our check this week! 🎶💜

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a brat, made a donation, or simply came out to support us. We’re so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for organizations that make such a meaningful difference.

🇺🇸 Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who answered the call, and recognize the first responders who continue to serve our communities each and every day.

This morning, we were fortunate to welcome members of the Eau Claire Police Department to Heritage for coffee and our morning gathering. It gave our residents the opportunity to visit with them and, most importantly, personally thank them for all they do to keep our community safe.

We are grateful for their service today and every day. ❤️🤍💙

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing community partners who donated raffle baskets for our Alzheimer’s fundraiser at this year’s Heritage Hoedown! 🤠

Thanks to your generosity, and everyone who purchased raffle tickets, we were able to raise over $600 for the Alzheimer’s Association!

We are so grateful to have such wonderful partners who continue to support our residents, our community, and causes that mean so much to us. 💜

Our team was up bright and early getting the corn ready for today’s big celebration. There’s nothing quite like Hoedown Day at Heritage, and the behind-the-scenes prep is all part of the fun!
