Listening to what happened today at the White House. I am ashamed, I am a Cold War Veteran. Russia was our enemy; it has been since the end of WW2. I was trained to fight Russia and its crony's. Russia has not kept its word at any time since WW2, Russia has sought to harm other nations, supported terrorism, murdered it own people and multiple other vile actions. Russia is not trustworthy and shouldn't be supported. We have abandoned our friends and allies. In a conflict with Russia and China, as it currently stands, we would lose. I have no idea how this can be fixed.

At today's meeting, in an effort to reach the Veteran's in the local community and show them what the Legion is about; we are going to sponsor a Veteran's Resource Fair this April 2oth, on a Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm. It will feature organizations, whose focus is on serving Veterans, especially the Veteran's in our local community. We need to push the word and reach as many as possible. There is no cost for organizations to participate, lunch will be provided. We especially welcome local non profits, so that they can showcase what they offer. We are also looking for those interested in hiring Veterans. If you want to participate, please contact us through PM. The Commander, Rob Donaldson or our Adjutant Michelle Diamond will be in touch. We hope to have a flyer available in the next few weeks. So please spread the word.
