Report cards are available for pickup in the school office for those who did not receive theirs at the end of this school year.

Please make arrangements to pick up these by the end of next week. After that time, any unclaimed lost-and-found items may be donated.

Another camp opportunity!

🌿 This summer, adventure awaits in the jungle. 🌿

Green Tea Youth Theatre Company’s Jungalbook Summer Camp invites young performers ages 8–18 to spend four exciting weeks exploring theatre, storytelling, movement, music, creativity, teamwork, and performance.

Think: acting games, new friends, big imagination, jungle-sized confidence, and one full theatrical production at the end of it all.

📅 Camp Dates: June 23–July 17, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
📍 Location: The Capitol Encore Academy, 126 Hay Street
🎟️ Cost: $325 (scholarships available)
👥 Ages: 8–18
🌿 Capacity: 30 students
🎭 Performances: July 17 & 18, 2026

Scholarships are available with support from the Cumberland Community Foundation SummerTime Kids grant.

From bright marquees and jazz-hands glamour to dancing campers and future Broadway stars, these local theatre and drama camps are turning summer into one giant standing ovation. ☀️✨

Kids will get the chance to:

💃 Dance
🎭 Act
🎬 Learn stage production and audition skills
⭐ Build confidence and creativity
🎟️ Make new friends while taking the spotlight

Whether your child is dreaming of center stage, learning improv for the first time, or just wants a summer full of creativity and laughter, these camps look packed with theatrical chaos in the best possible way. And just like that… the buses pulled away, the halls grew quiet, and another chapter at EOC came to a close. 💛🐴

What a year it’s been.

We laughed loudly, learned constantly, created boldly, and made memories that will stick long after the last bell rang. From classrooms to performances, field days to everyday moments, this school year was filled with heart.

To our students:
Thank you for bringing your energy, creativity, kindness, and personality into our building every single day. You made EOC feel alive.

To our staff and families:
Thank you for the support, encouragement, and love you poured into this year.

Now the stage lights dim for summer… but the story isn’t over yet.

🎶 Here comes the sun… and here comes summer. ☀️

Today marks the end of another unforgettable school year at Eastover-Central Elementary School of Arts. From classrooms filled with creativity to hallways packed with laughter, this year gave us plenty of memories to carry “across the universe.” 🎨📚🎭

To our students, staff, and families:
Thanks for helping make this year something magical. You’ve all been the stars of the show. 🌟

Now it’s time to close the books, turn up the music, and enjoy a well-deserved summer break.

We’ll get by with a little help from each other… and we can’t wait to do it all again next year. ❤️
