Swamp Fox Marines spent more than a week in the field training various aspects of their mission including reconnaissance, security, and communication. It wasn’t always sunshine and rainbows but as the saying goes “If it ain’t rainin’, it ain’t trainin’. “

Fox Company I & I staff conducted a HITT course this morning lead by Cpl Martin. The PT consisted of 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 yard 40 lb farmer's carry, and 300 squats between teams of two. The average completion time was only 25 minutes!

The main take away from this discussion is perseverance through constructive criticism. This book has a lot of wisdom in a small package. A must read!
