Neighborhood Service Center, Inc. We are here to offer a hand up to anyone in need. The Neighborhood Service Center has been serving Talbot County residents since 1969.

Neighborhood Service Center, Inc., is a non-profit communitity action agency that provides services and assistance to low-income families and seniors in Talbot County, Maryland. As an off-shoot of the Tri-County Community Action Agency, NSC began as a small non-profit designed to serve the low-income population and the senior citizens of Talbot County. NSC has provided not only emergency services,

but hope, stability and support to hundreds of families in Talbot County. We continue to serve the needs of low income families, individuals and seniors in Talbot County while seeking new ways to meet the ever changing needs of the community.
