Plymouth County Water Works Association Plymouth County Water Works Association was established in 1958, by Robert F. Woodbury and his fellow Superintendents.

The current membership of 339, includes water works professionals who are from four collective counties of Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk and Barnstable.

Former PCWWA President Wally Darsch has passed away. We are forever grateful for his contribution to our water works community. At his request, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the PCWWA scholarship fund. What an honor we have to continue in his legacy.
