East Windsor Social Services The Social Services Department is an active and proud member of the East Windsor community.

The Human Services Department is an active and proud member of the East Windsor community. We strive to offer programs and services that help East Windsor residents meet their social, emotional, and basic needs while helping to attain self-sufficiency and maintain economic well-being. We work closely with other town, state and non-profit agencies and departments to accomplish this goal. Information is provided and referrals are made for appropriate services. We are responsible for administering energy assistance programs and renter's rebate. We also offer several programs through our office such as; Back to School and New Beginnings, Farmer's Market Coupons, Holiday Baskets, and Holiday Adopt A Family. We strive to provide great service to the residents of East Windsor and hope to continue to do that as our town sees more growth. General Information:
