500+ guests. Packed tables. An electric room. One of the best nights of the year.

On April 11, 2026, the South Windsor Rotary Black Tie Optional Charity Auction returns — this time at the Hartford Downtown Marriott.

🚨 SOUTH WINDSOR ROTARY AUCTION 🚨

The South Windsor Rotary Club is gearing up for our Black Tie Charity Auction on April 11th at the Hartford Marriott, and there is only a limited time to donate.

👉 Only a few weeks remain to contribute.

This year, we’re going BIG.

Our goal is to raise over $200,000 and give back to South Windsor in a major way — including plans to help fund a new playground at Rye Street Park, along with other community initiatives.

💥 Momentum is strong:
In just two weeks, we’ve already raised $68,590 — and we’re pushing hard to keep it going.

We are seeking donations from local businesses:

• New merchandise
• Gift certificates
• Cash donations

Your donation will be showcased at one of South Windsor’s most high-profile fundraising events of the year, attended by business leaders, residents, and community supporters — all while making a lasting impact right here in town.
