Pine Ridge Road in Lack Township, Juniata County will close on September 7th and will remain closed until September 18th for Phase 2 of the rebuild process. The roadway will not be accessible during this time. Please plan accordingly.

Juniata students start school Wednesday, so please watch around every turn for school busses and children waiting for the bus, you never know what could be around the next turn so leave early and don’t rush!

As students head back to school, do your part as a driver to obey traffic laws. When you encounter a school bus with its red lights flashing and stop arm activated, stop at least 10 feet away. See more school bus safety tips at bit.ly/PDT-Bus.

Strong line of storms have moved into the area for a little while now, please use caution on roadways for water and debris, a lot more rain in the forecast!

Always report hazards so they don’t cause accidents and injuries!

Never approach downed lines on roadways, they could be energized with the surface around it (report immediately)
