Please help us welcome Leslie Elblein to the East Troy Community School District🎉

We are SO EXCITED that Mrs. Elblein has joined the Prairie View Elementary School team as a 5th grade teacher!

Mrs. Elblein comes to us with 22 years of experience in teaching grades PK-5th😁

She went to college in Oklahoma, and started her first teaching career there, in Tulsa. After four years in OK she decided to come back to her hometown of Burlington, WI where she taught for 8 years👩🏼‍🏫

In her free time, she and her husband enjoy visiting their two daughters in Madison! She also enjoys traveling to visit her six siblings (who are scattered all over the US!), sewing wedding gowns, aiding her husband in raising honey bees, and four-wheeling up in the Northwoods!✈️🧵🐝

Mrs. Elblein feels extremely blessed to have landed in East Troy at Prairie View Elementary, and has been so excited to start the school year!👏

Please help us welcome Noah Nielsen to the East Troy Community School District🎉

We are SO EXCITED that Mr. Nielsen has joined the East Troy High School team as a special education teacher!

Mr. Nielsen is originally from St. Paul MN! He graduated from UW-Whitewater with his Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Environmental Studies🎉

When Mr. Nielsen has free time you will find him watching movies, playing disc golf, camping or reading!⛺📚

Mr. Nielsen is extremely excited to begin his career in education, and is planning to pursue his Master’s Degree in Special Education. He couldn’t be more grateful to have landed in the East Troy Community School District💪

We are SO EXCITED that Ms.Meine has joined the East Troy Middle School team as a special education teacher!

We are so glad Ms. Meine decided to come out of her “retirement” status to join us at ETCSD!🥳

Ms.Meine is bringing a wealth of knowledge with her to our district with experiences in functional behavioral assessments, diagnostics, behavior change projects, and designing specialized learning environments for individual students with disabilities.💪

Mrs. Adams comes to us with extensive experience in early childhood education. She previously taught kindergarten in Milwaukee Public Schools before she was a substitute teacher and kindergarten assistant in Mukwonago.📚🍎

We are SO EXCITED that Mr. Katterhagen has joined the East Troy High School team as a social studies teacher!

Mr. Katterhagen recently earned his degree in social studies education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville🔵🟠⛏️

Mr. Katterhagen has a passion for athletics, playing baseball at UWP! Mr. Katterhagen can’t wait to bring his passion to East Troy and coach both football and baseball⚾🏈

Outside of school you can find Mr. Katterhagen hunting, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family!

Mr. Katterhagen is so excited to join the East Troy Community School District and is looking forward to building meaningful relationships with staff and students!
