On Sunday, October 20th at 11:30 AM, in partnership with NesFire Training & Consulting Associates and the Liverpool Public Library, I’m offering a FREE Community CPR/AED Course, where you can earn your CPR/AED certification at no cost!

Not only will you save money, but you’ll also gain the essential skills to potentially save a life. This 2-hour course is open to all residents of the 128th Assembly District, but registration is required and spaces are limited.

The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory

The Triangle Shirtwaist Company factory in New York City burned down on March 25, 1911, resulting in the deaths of 146 employees. As the majority of the victims died as a result of ignored safety features and locked doors inside the manufacturing building, it is known as one of the most notorious incidents in American industrial history. Due to the disaster, dangerous factory working conditions received much-needed attention. This sparked the creation of a number of legislation and regulations that improved worker safety.

Many Americans watched last night as the Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin fell unresponsive after he made a play during the first quarter.

While he may have experienced, Commotio Cordis, Second Impact Syndrome, or some other etiology or phenomena, we all witnessed how early intervention, including CPR & AED can save lives.

This is the reason that we provide CPR, AED, and First Aid training, along with other various types of courses to the lay public, first responders, businesses, clubs, non-profit groups, etc.
