The world is hard. Sometimes it seems like it gets harder every day. Sometimes when you are in pain, the fast pace of the world makes you feel like you are all alone or perhaps that no one can help. No family is spared the difficulties and hardships of life. We are all absolutely equal on this front. All of us - no exceptions.

Please talk. Please express your pain. People will help, I am sure of it. I see it every day. You are loved and you are important.

If you are not sure how to help, start here - Listen, help them breathe and show them you care. There is no mountain that cannot be climbed together.

Help them call 988 to get professionals started in the conversation as well.

Today is National Dog Day so it seems like a perfect time to introduce the latest addition to our station.
This is Gunner--
aka Gunner the Bestest Boy
aka Gunner the Goodest Guy
aka Silly Goose.
He is a one'ish year-old lab mix and we sprung him from the Tusc Co Pound.
With all that has been thrown at him in a very short time--leaving the pound in a cone after neutering, a constant rotation of personnel through the doors and overhead tones at all hours--
he's doing great!!
You'll see us walking him around the Village. Stop us and meet him. He's a very friendly guy!
