Housing Rehabilitation Grant:

Housing Rehabilitation Pre-Applications Being Accepted

St. Clair County will accept pre-applications for the **Program Year 2026 Moderate Housing Rehabilitation Program** from resident homeowners.

June 8–12, 2026
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call: 618-825-3215

This program may help with eligible home repairs related to electrical, plumbing, heating systems, roofing, painting, windows, and doors.

⚠️ Walk-in clients will not be given a pre-application.

Only one pre-application per household is allowed.
