Daily Activity Report
June 19-22, 2026

Day Shift June 19: B Squad

26-005682 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder
A woman reported a male with dark-colored hair in a blueish-gray Honda Ridgeline with Georgia plates approached her in the parking lot and made degrading comments and threatened her after an alleged traffic violation. After the subject finished his tirade, he left the parking lot without further incident. She requested a report to document the incident.

26-005683- 6800 BLK Ringgold Road- Back EMS
Police were called after a female party was reported as unconscious in the lobby of the hotel. Patrol contacted an employee who was experiencing a seizure. HCEMS and ERFD took over the scene.

26-005685 – 5300 BLK Greenbriar Road - Domestic Assault
The caller reported her ex-boyfriend, who she resides with, assaulted her and fled on foot towards Georgia. The suspect was located and detained in Georgia and released to the custody of Catoosa County Sheriff's Office, who subsequently charged him with Possession of Schedule II and transported him to the jail. Warrants for Domestic Assault and Violation of Protection Order were sought and issued.

26-005686- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Deceptive Practice
Police were contacted about a possible fraud that occurred when a male party's credit card was used at another hotel located in Delaware. Due to the male not residing in East Ridge and his being a Chattanooga resident, he was advised to contact the Chattanooga Police Department to file a report.

26-005690- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder
Police were called after a man at the car wash got angry at the employees and threatened to fight them due to a part on his car getting stuck in the carwash and breaking. The on-duty manager advised that he wished to male to be trespassed. The subject was advised that he was trespassed and could not return to the carwash again.

26-005695- 6600 BLK Hilton Drive- Violation of Order of Protection
The suspect barricaded himself at this location after police attempted to make an arrest for a violation of an order of protection. He eventually exited the home after negotiation attempts were successful.

Night Shift June 19: D Squad

26-005704 – 6900 BLK Moreview Road – Open Door / Property Damage
Officers responded to the above address for a report of an open door. Officers observed signs that the front door to the residence had been forced. Patrol did not locate anyone inside the residence. Officers were unable to identify the property owner to determine whether the residence had been burglarized. On-call CID was notified, and a property damage report was completed to document the incident.

26-005707 - 4214 Ringgold Road - Deceptive Practice
A resident of East Ridge requested a police report for identity theft that occurred while he was incarcerated. The man was provided a miscellaneous report and encouraged to contact the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center regarding his claim.

26-005709 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Road - Backup EMS
Police were flagged down by a male who was complaining of back pain from an injury sustained earlier in the day while moving furniture. Medic 13 transported the patient to a hospital for medical treatment.

26-005712 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service
A hold request was sent to the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office for a subject who had several valid East Ridge warrants.

26-005714 – 5300 BLK Clemons Road - Suspicious Vehicle
A resident reported a vehicle that did not belong. Police identified the motorist, who said his mother used to live there and that he was only stopping for a moment to reminisce.

26-005715 – 5400 BLK Marion Avenue- Traffic Stop/ DUI Arrest
Police conducted a traffic stop after observing a silver Jeep failing to maintain a lane while driving Northbound on Altamaha Street. During Further investigation, the driver demonstrated clues that she was under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the clues obtained from the pre-stop behavior, the initial interview, and the SFSTs, she was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to Hamilton County Jail.

Day Shift June 20: B Squad

26-005719-6500 BLK Ringgold Road-Check Well Being
An anonymous caller requested police check the wellbeing of a male subject behind the food mart. The subject in question was given a curtesy ride to Erlanger East to receive the proper treatment for his tooth pain.

26-005724- 900 BLK Altamaha Street- Noise complaint
Police were called about fireworks and a loud car in the area. Patrol did not locate anything while in the area.

26-005725- 5400 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder
Police were called after the security guard at this location found a local transient in the porta-potty making a mess. The security guard stated that the subject frequents the porta-potties and will “tear” them up and wanted him to be told he was no longer welcome on the property. Police contacted the subject and advised him that he was no longer welcome.

26-005727- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Disorder
Police were called after someone reported that multiple females were in the parking lot fighting. When officers arrived, they were advised that the parties had left the area.

26-005730 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road - Suspicious Person
Patrol observed a man loading his Chevy Silverado with wooden pallets from behind this business. Police asked if he was given permission to take the items; he initially stated he did have permission but could not provide the name of the party who granted it. Officers spoke with an employee for the business, who were between minds on whether he could have the items. Ultimately, it was decided he could have the pallets he loaded. An F.I. was completed after his information was verified.

26-005731 – 1100 BLK Sewanee Drive – Disorder
ERPD was summoned after anonymous parties reported yelling and loud noises from the apartment throughout the day. Police spoke with the resident who stated she and her son were arguing over her other son's lack of employment. Both parties stated the argument was verbal only and they were advised to maintain low tones when having conversations.


Night Shift June 20: D Squad

26-005736 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road - Stalking
A man was accused of stalking an employee after following her from work to the gas station and then to another business. Police trespassed the man from the store at the request of management. He was also advised that he would be arrested for stalking if he were discovered following or monitoring the woman again. PR 26-000131

26-005740-6000 BLK Graston Avenue- Shots Fired
Police responded to a residence where a party was occurring, and the RP reported hearing shots. Upon arrival, no evidence was located to confirm gunplay. Patrol located a party occurring nearby, but the noise was minimal, and no one claimed fireworks or shots were fired. Police spoke with other neighbors who stated that they didn't hear anything. Nothing was located at the time of the report.

Day Shift June 21: B Squad

26-005745- 4900 BLK Maryland Drive- Auto Burglary
Police were called after the homeowner noticed that his driver's side window had been smashed out. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

26-005747 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue - Noise Complaint
ERPD responded after a neighbor reported loud music coming from it in the morning hours. On scene, police spoke with the party and advised them to lower the volume out of respect for the other tenants.

26-005755 – 700 BLK Germantown Circle - Disorder Prevention
Police assisted parties with a child custody exchange after their attempts to perform the task amicably failed. Both parties were advised to consider utilizing law enforcement's assistance in the future to prevent any further issues.

26-005758- 1500 BLK Melody Lane- Back EMS
Police initiated CPR on an unconscious subject at this address until fire and EMS arrived. The patient was transported by EMS.

Night Shift June 21: D Squad

26-005764 – 10 BLK Franklin Place – Miscellaneous
Officers responded regarding statements made by a subject. The caller reported that a former tenant, who had been removed from the residence for lease violations, warned the current tenant not to be home and to remove belongings because something might happen to the house that night.

26-005765 - Lanoir Circle - Noise Complaint
A caller wishing to remain anonymous reported a juvenile riding a minibike around the dead-end street. The juvenile was wearing protective equipment and had his father's permission to stay on Lanoir Circle. The juvenile did not appear to be a nuisance or a danger to the public.

26-005769 – 4100 BLK Monroe Street - Civil Matter
A caller reported seeing a suspicious vehicle parked near the apartment’s mailboxes and stated that it has become a regular occurrence over the past year. The address was added to the watchlist, and police provided additional patrols for security.

26-005773 – 6900 BLK Glen Errol Way – Mentally Disturbed
ERPD responded to the above address for a Domestic. Both parties were found to be mental health consumers. One subject left for the evening to calm the situation.

26-005778 – Camp Jordan Parkway - Suspicious Activity
ERPD was dispatched after a customer asked the bartender for sexual favors in exchange for $1400. The male customer was last seen walking towards a nearby hotel, but ERPD was unable to locate him. The business stated they will call back if he returns, so he can be trespassed.



Day Shift June 22: A Squad

26-005763- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road- Well-Being Check
Police were dispatched concerning a female sleeping in her vehicle. Patrol contacted the occupant who advised she was fine and not having a medical emergency.

26-005786- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Alarm
ERPD responded after an alarm was triggered. Police arrived on scene and spoke with management who advised it was accidental.

26-005792- 200 BLK Eads Street- Backup EMS
Police were dispatched to this address to assist EMS with a female having a medical emergency. EMS arrived shortly after police and took the female to the hospital.

26-005787 – 800 BLK Belvoir Hills Circle - Shots Fired
Police responded to the area on reported 6 to 7 shots being fired. Patrol spoke with a resident who advised neighbors were practicing for the upcoming celebration of America's birthday. No evidence of gun fire was observed.

26-005790 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road - Civil Matter
A caller reported that he dropped off two gaming consoles at a business for repair back in April and believed the business had since closed. An officer was able to contact the owner, and a miscellaneous report was completed.

26-005794 - 5700 BLK Roper Street- Check Wellbeing
A concerned family called police after their older neighbor wandered onto their porch and began rummaging through the trash. EMS responded to the scene to check the party’s mental status. The party denied the need for further treatment, and an adult daughter was contacted as a precautionary measure.

26-005796 – 1400 BLK Mana Lane - Disorder Prevention
The caller reported that her child's father picked the child up from daycare despite the fact it wasn't his day to have her. The man was cooperative with police in returning the child and explained he picked her up due to concerns of abuse at the mother's house. He was referred to Fort Oglethorpe Police Department for a report.

Night Shift June 22: C Squad

26-005806 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Check Hazards / Adverse Weather Response
In the early evening, the City of East Ridge was hit by thunderstorms and high winds. As a result, several trees, large limbs, and power lines were knocked down. Many of the fallen trees and wires blocked roadways, and required a response from Police, Firefighters and Street Department personnel. Approximately twenty different locations in East Ridge were impacted by the weather pattern. Within five hours, all the streets were re-opened, and the power line threats were addressed. EPB will continue to work on the power line issues for the next 24 to 48 hours.

26-005812 – 5700 BLK Roper Street – Suspicious Person
A resident at the apartments reported a young woman was wandering through the complex pointing and looking at apartments. Police Officers responded to the location and found the suspicious female. Upon further investigation, Police determined the young woman was a mental health consumer and no criminal activity was observed.

26-005821 – 200 BLK Windmere Drive, Ridgeside – Residential Fire
Fire Department and Police personnel responded to the report of a fire at a residence in the City of Ridgeside. On scene, Police and Firefighters detected a burning smell. Eventually, Firefighters determined the source of the smell was a faulty dryer. No flames or significant damage were observed.

26-005823 – 1500 BLK Prater Road – Civil Matter
A resident requested ERPD assistance with removing an unwanted male from her home. Police Officers responded to the location and found the male had been living at the residence for an extended period. Patrol spoke with the reporting party and explained the eviction process through the Hamilton County Court system.

Day Shift June 18: A Squad

26-005654 – 600 BLK South Sanctuary Road - Back EMS
EMS requested Police assistance with a mental health consumer. The party was off meds and confused about the events of the day and events from the past. The party was transported for an evaluation.

26-005659 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road - Psychiatric Emergency
A guest experiencing a mental break requested EMS transport assistance for an evaluation. The party was transported for treatment. ERAS took possession of his dog until he is well enough to collect her.

26-005665 - 4214 Ringgold Rd - Warrant Service
Police executed an East Ridge warrant for Petition to Revoke after the suspect was transported to Hamilton County Jail by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

26-005661 – 100 BLK Bales Avenue - Domestic Disorder
A resident called police after her adult son got into an argument with her. He left prior to police arrival, and she was encouraged to call back if he returned.

26-005666 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Rd - Criminal Impersonation
A patrol officer observed a vehicle attempting to evade but was able to get the vehicle stopped near the 3900 Block of Ringgold Rd. The passenger lied about his name due to outstanding warrants. He was arrested for criminal impersonation along with the warrants.

Night Shift June 18: C Squad

26-005669 – 5700 BLK Roper Street– Mental Health
Police Officers responded to a domestic disorder involving a mother and her adult daughter. On scene, Police found the mother was upset that she could not find her keys. She blamed her daughter and accused her of stealing them. Police then observed the keys on a lanyard around the mother’s neck. After discussing options, the mother agreed to stay with her son for the evening to de-escalate the situation.

26-005670 – 1000 BLK Floyd Drive – Psychiatric Emergency
A party contacted the Volunteer Behavioral Health services and stated he wanted to harm himself with a weapon. He was upset about a recent break-up with his girlfriend. Police Officers responded to the residence, but the male subject would not communicate with them. A Dispatcher was able to contact the male by phone and discuss the situation. After a short negotiation, the male subject met Police at the front door, and he was escorted to an ambulance. The male was then transported to a local hospital for a mental health evaluation.

26-005671 – 1500 BLK Tombras Avenue – Suspicious Activity
A concerned citizen reported seeing a man in dark clothing park a bicycle near City Hall. The suspicious male then walked into the wooded area next to several residential homes. Police Officers checked the area and located the man who was identified. Patrol discussed the situation with him and how his actions looked suspicious. He denied having any criminal intentions or other wrongdoing. Police checked the man for warrants and sent him on his way.

26-005672 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Unknown 911 Call
Police Officers responded to the restaurant regarding a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, ERPD spoke with the management and found that everything appeared normal. No signs of distress were observed in the business.

26-005675 – Interstate 24, MM 182 – Assist Other Agency
The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) responded to a motor vehicle crash with entrapment on the interstate. Due to the location, CPD requested the assistance of East Ridge Police Officers for traffic control. Two Police Officers responded and blocked traffic lanes which allowed EMS to transport a patient in critical condition to a local hospital.

26-005678 – 1600 BLK Keeble Street – Traffic Stop / Narcotics Violation
A Police Officer conducted a traffic stop with a Dodge sedan for an expired registration. During the stop, Police conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle which yielded 0.3 grams of suspected co***ne powder and drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued a citation in lieu of arrest for Simple Possession along with a traffic citation for the Expired Registration.

Day Shift June 17: B Squad

26-005620- 1509 Tombras Avenue- Theft from Vehicle
The caller stated she was at the splash pad on 06/16/2026 from 1512 hours to 1745 hours. Her Ford Transit van was left unlocked and her white purse containing debit/ credit cards, misc. keys, and an unknown amount of cash was taken from the vehicle. Police do not have any suspects at this time.

26-0026-005615- 600 BLK Melville Avenue- Gas Leak
Tennessee American Water ruptured a gas pipe while digging at the above address. Police blocked the streets and assisted ERFD in evacuating the area until the gas could be shut off.

26-005627- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder
A woman was trespassed from the car dealership following a verbal disorder over a repossessed vehicle. (Trespass # 26-000130)

26-005618- 4300 BLK Lazard Street- Warrant Service
A woman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for harassment.

26-005622 – 3600 BLK Bennett Road - Property
The resident wished to file a report after observing a small scratch on her Honda Civic. She believed her landlord was responsible for the damage due to an ongoing dispute, but no proof was provided.

26-005631- 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue- Disorder
A man and woman were involved in a physical domestic disorder at the above location. Police could not determine a primary aggressor, and both parties denied prosecution. Both parties separated for the night.

Night Shift June 17: C Squad

26-005630 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder
Police Officers responded to the report of an assault at the gas station. The first caller stated he confronted a male who cut in front of him at the gas pumps. He further stated the male pushed him during a verbal argument. In the same timeframe, the other man called Police and reported that a man yelled several racial slurs at him while he was pumping gas. Officers checked the security video and observed the initial caller yelling while walking toward the second. In turn, he pushed the first man as he got closer to him. No charges are being pursued for this incident.

26-005632 – 1500 BLK Truman Avenue – Back Other Agency / Mentally Disturbed
A counselor requested Police presence while he evaluated a party at this residence. The presence of Police was necessary due to recent violent behavior and the service’s operational policies. Upon completion of the evaluation, the subject agreed to go to the hospital for medical treatment. A Police Officer provided her with a courtesy ride to a local hospital.

26-005637 – 800 BLK Poindexter Avenue – Civil Matter
The caller reported that several of her personal belongings were thrown out by her father. She had been in the hospital for a few days, and her father was taking care of her animals at her home. When she returned to her residence, she located a large amount of her personal belongings in a nearby ditch. She did not wish to prosecute her father but wanted Police to be aware of the situation.

26-005638 – 6800 BLK Ringgold Road – Unknown 911
Police Officers were dispatched to the hotel due to several 911 hang-up calls. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the on-duty clerk who advised that everything was fine and stated the calls were likely accidental. Officers checked the exterior and surrounding areas of the building and observed no signs of distress.

26-005642 – 4200 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious Activity
A resident reported that an unknown man was taking pictures of her porch for no apparent reason. Police responded to the location and found a food delivery on the porch. Upon further investigation, it was determined that unknown man had delivered the food to the wrong house. The issue was corrected by the delivery driver.

26-005646 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service
While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a party was served with five warrants through the City of East Ridge. The arrest warrants were four Forfeiture Capiases for Driving on a Revoked License and one Forfeiture Capias for Possession of M**A for Resale.

26-005649 – 500 BLK Frawley Road – Suspicious Activity
While conducting a neighborhood patrol, Police Officers observed a bulldozer with the lights on at a construction site. No operator or construction workers were present in the area. Patrol found that vehicle keys were still in the ignition and in the “On” position. Police checked the area and found no apparent signs of theft, damage, or other suspicious activity.

ERPD responded to the fuel station for a 911 hangup; no signs of distress were located.

Night Shift June 16: D Squad

26-005607 – 4800 BLK Delaware Drive - Disorder with a Weapon
A man was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault after brandishing a kitchen knife while threatening to kill his brother. When police performed a weapons frisk, he resisted. As a result, he was also charged with Resisting Stop, Halt, and Frisk.

26-005611-6100 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious vehicle
A caller reported suspicious people loading things into their cars. Police located the vehicles on Spring Creek Road and found they were getting water from a neighboring business because they had a water leak at home. The parties stated they had permission from the owner to utilize the water and supplied a text conversation validating the claim.

Day Shift June 12: A Squad

26-00564- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder
A woman was criminally trespassed from the transport company due to belligerent behavior towards staff and paying customers. She left the scene without incident. Proximity Restriction: 26-000125

26-005462 – 700 BLK Shady Drive - Assist Citizen
Police were notified of an elderly male who appeared confused and possibly lost. Officers identified the individual and located an address associated with him on Marlboro Avenue. Officers offered him a ride to his residence; however, he stated that he preferred to walk. A patrol officer walked with him to ensure he arrived home safely.

26-005464 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road - Mentally Disturbed
Police received a call regarding a female who stated she was experiencing disturbing thoughts. Officers contacted her and confirmed that she was ideating self-harm. She requested to be transported to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.

26-005463 – 3800 BLK Bennett Road - Backup Fire
Officers responded to this address on report of a residential fire. On scene, officers assisted the fire department in contacting the homeowner.

26-005452- 4200 BLK RINGGOLD RD. -THEFT
Police encountered a suspect in the 1400 block of Dover after it was reported that he had stolen items from the store. The business wanted him charged and trespassed. He was then taken into custody without incident and made aware he had been trespassed from the location.

26-005469 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road - Disorder/Trespass
Police responded to a report of a disorder involving two individuals and two employees. Upon arrival, officers found that the parties involved had already left the scene. Officers subsequently located the individuals. The store requested that both individuals be trespassed from the property. They were advised of the trespass and acknowledged their understanding. Both parties then left the area without further incident.


Night Shift June 12: C Squad

26-005480 – 3800 BLK Edwards Terrace – Mental Health
A party contacted the East Ridge Dispatch and stated he planned to harm himself. Police Officers responded to the residence and found him on his front porch. ERPD transported the party to a local hospital where he was admitted as a patient for a mental health evaluation.

26-005488 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Reckless Driving
While in a stationary position, a Police Officer observed a dark color motorcycle traveling on Ringgold Road at a speed excess of 100 mph. The Police Officer pulled out to initiate a traffic stop, but immediately lost sight of the motorcyclist. Due to the excessive speed, Police were unable to obtain a good description of the motorcycle, the motorcyclist, and the registration tag. A BOLO was sent to the Chattanooga Police Department.

26-005491 – I-24 Eastbound, MM 182 – Assist Other Agency
East Ridge Police Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-24 Eastbound in support of the Chattanooga Police Department. East Ridge Police gathered information and assisted with traffic control while Chattanooga Police Officers completed their crash investigation.

26-005492 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Property Damage
The manager of the Bar and Grill reported the television in the women’s bathroom had been damaged. The manager believed that a known female named was responsible for the damages due to her behavior and timeframe the damage occurred. The manager wanted Police to be aware of the situation in case it happened again. The management did not wish to pursue charges and did not want a report on the incident.

26-005495 – 3600 BLK Brainerd Rd – Assist Other Agency
An off-duty Chattanooga Police Officer reported an unconscious person in the parking lot. An East Ridge Police Officer was the closest available unit, and he responded to the location. Upon arrival, Police found the subject was unconscious but breathing with a pulse. Several Chattanooga Police Officers arrived on scene and administered a dose of Narcan. The individual quickly regained consciousness and EMS arrived to provide further medical care.

26-005496 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service
While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a woman was served an arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The charge on the arrest warrant was harassment.

26-005497 – 700 BLK Frawley Road, Building 800 – Suspicious Activity
While conducting a neighborhood patrol, a Police Officer was flagged down by a resident of the apartments. The resident stated that he heard a woman screaming but wasn’t sure where it originated. Another resident also came forward to report the same information. Police thoroughly checked the area but did not observe a person in distress or a disorder.

26-005498 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Theft from an Automobile
The victim reported that a male stole his cell phone. The RP was a school bus driver who was parked outside of the restaurant waiting to pick up a group of students. While he was waiting, a thin male came up to the bus, reached in the window, and grabbed the iPhone. The suspect then ran over the I-75 overpass. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

26-005499 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity
While conducting a routine patrol, a Police Officer observed an individual standing on the I-75 overpass, looking over the edge. The individual matched the description of a theft suspect from the Camp Jordan parking lot. The Police Officer approached the suspect, but he immediately ran underneath the overpass. Police Officers thoroughly checked the area but did not locate the suspect.

Day Shift June 13: A Squad

26-005501 – 1500 BLK Fruitland Drive - Disorder with a Weapon -
Police were informed of two males who were armed and shooting at each other in the front yards on Fruitland Drive. According to the caller, it sounded like the subjects were using AR-15-style weapons. Police were able to locate the individuals at the car wash on Ringgold Road and found the subjects to be carrying toy guns that shoot out Orbeez. The subjects were advised to no longer play with them on the streets but to use them in their own backyards.

26-005505- 1300 BLK Spring Creek Rd.- Alarm
Police responded to the church regarding an alarm. ERPD found an unsecured door and subsequently cleared the building. Police secured the premises and contacted the property owner.

26-005510 – 3700 BLK Larry Lane - Domestic Assault -
Officers responded to this address on report of an assault in progress. On scene, police were informed that a woman had punched her boyfriend in the face multiple times. The man had injuries to corroborate his allegations. The suspect was subsequently taken into custody, charged with Domestic Assault, and transported to jail.

26-005512- 3600 BLK Shirl Jo Lane- Back EMS-
Police assisted EMS with a disabled man who was bedridden and found to be living in unsanitary conditions with eight cats and a dog.

26-005502- 900 BLK Belvoir Hills Circle- Auto Theft
Police responded to an auto theft. The owner of the vehicle stated she had last seen her vehicle the night before around 10PM, and when she let her dog out at 7AM the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was found abandoned in Chattanooga.

Night Shift June 13: C Squad

26-005524 – 5800 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person
The owner of the business reported that a male subject was sitting in front of the shop and refused to leave the property. Police Officers responded to the location and found him still on the lot. The man advised that he had recently been released from the hospital and had a sore, swollen knee. He then requested assistance in getting to a local pharmacy where his prescriptions were being filled. A Police Officer provided him with a courtesy ride.

26-005530 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder
A customer stated he had been threatened by three male patrons. Officers found the three threatening men had left the area. Police spoke with the reporting party who stated the three males were yelling and cussing him while attempting to incite a fight. The reporting party also stated he did not know the names of the threatening individuals. Police found no signs of a physical altercation and the suspects are unknown at this time.

26-005531 – 3200 BLK Gleason Drive – Disorder
The courtesy officer at the apartments reported a possible disorder in the pool area. ERPD located multiple intoxicated people near the pool house, but there were no signs of a fight. All intoxicated people were asked to leave in a responsible manner.

26-005532- 6800 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder
The hotel front desk clerk reported that several families and their children were running around the property and disturbing the peace of other patrons. On scene, Police Officers spoke with the adults and explained the hotel’s quiet hours policy. Everyone agreed to return to their rooms for the evening.

26-005537 – 20 BLK Frawley Road – Unknown 911
Police Officers were dispatched to this residence following multiple 911 hang-up calls. Upon arrival, Police spoke with a resident who advised her grandchildren were playing with a phone and accidentally called 911. The children appeared unharmed, and no one at the residence was in distress. The incident was determined to be accidental.

26-005538 – 4300 BLK Bennett Road – Suspicious Activity
A Police Officer was patrolling the East Ridge High School when he observed two red mini dirt bikes traveling on the property. Officers spoke with the two dirt bike riders and found they were a father and son. Police advised the two individuals that it was illegal to operate dirt bikes on public roadways unless they are registered with the appropriate safety equipment and lights. The father acknowledged the warning, and the dirt bike riders left the property.

Day Shift June 14: A Squad

26-005543 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person
Police responded to the 4300 block of Ringgold Road after receiving reports of a male walking westbound talking to his shoes. Contact was made with the man who advised he was trying to get to Hixson and was carrying his ill-fitting shoes due to sores on his feet. The man denied EMS and was given a courtesy ride through the tunnels to assist in his journey.

26-005542- 5800 BLK Welworth Avenue- Citizen Assist
Police were contacted by a gentleman who stated his wife's pink iPhone 16 was stolen at a restaurant in Chattanooga at an earlier time but was now showing at the above address. ERPD attempted to contact the resident(s) but were unsuccessful. CPD completed the property report due to the last known location of the phone. CPD case number 26-049542. The phone was returned to the rightful owner later in the evening.

26-005540 – 3200 BLK Gleason Drive Apartment- Disorder
A concerned neighbor reported hearing a male and female arguing downstairs and thought he also heard someone being slammed against a wall. Officers were unable to contact anyone in the apartment, but no signs of distress were observed.

26-005545- 1600 BLK Keeble Street- Well-Being Check
Police were dispatched to this address at the request of the resident’s husband who is out of town. The husband explained his wife was not answering her phone. Police contacted the resident who advised she was fine.

26-005547- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Alarm
Police responded to this address regarding a front door alarm. Officers checked the business and found it to be secure.

26-005548- 1300 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Disorder
Police responded to the housing center due to a dispute among neighbors. Patrol spoke with the reporting party who stated his neighbor threw trash away in his bin. Police spoke with the other half of the dispute and asked him to throw trash away in his own garbage receptacle.

26-005549- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Well-Being Check
Police responded to this address regarding a male who was observed sleeping and or incapacitated. The party advised that he was fine.

26-005541- 5400 BLK Ringgold Road- Public Intoxication -
While on patrol police observed a man at the car wash. He caught their eye because was yelling and arguing with himself. It was apparent he was impaired and admitted to recently doing methamphetamine. He was taken into custody and charged accordingly.



Night Shift June 14: C Squad

26-005556 – 3600 BLK Helen Lane– Suspicious Activity
A neighbor reported screaming and loud noises coming from a home up the road from him. Police checked the area and located the home based on yelling from inside the residence. Upon further investigation, Police found that an intoxicated male was having a loud argument with his mother over the phone. ERPD also found that the man’s wife was trying to calm the situation which led to her yelling. The couple agreed to lower their voices for the rest of the evening.

26-005557 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Narcotics Violation
A Police Officer conducted a traffic stop with a gray Infiniti sedan due to a registration violation. During the traffic stop, Officers identified the driver and found he did not have a valid license or insurance. In addition, he had an altered Florida temporary registration tag. During a consent search of the vehicle, ERPD located seven pills of suspected M**A. The M**A will be sent to the TBI Lab for proper testing and identification. Arrest warrants are pending for the results of the TBI Lab test.

26-005559 – 6100 BLK Bermuda Avenue – Civil Matter
Police Officers responded to the report of an on-going civil dispute over tree branches. An upset resident reported that her neighbor stacked a pile of branches in front of their door following a heavy rainstorm. Police spoke with the neighbor who stated they were tired of cleaning up branches from the trees next door, as branches were continually breaking off and falling into their yard.

26-005560 – 700 BLK Summit Avenue– Open Door / Suspicious Activity
A resident found the front door of her apartment open when she returned from a weekend trip. Police Officers responded to the location and checked the residence. No one was found inside and there were no signs of forced entry. Police then walked through the house with the caller, and she stated nothing was out of place. Patrol was unable to determine how the front door was opened. No signs of illegal activity were found. The incident could be related to a severe storm that occurred earlier in the day.

26-005561 – 700 BLK Summit Avenue – Suspicious Activity
ERPD responded to the report of a vehicle crash on Summit Avenue. The reporting party stated she heard a crash, then heard a car racing its engine several times. On scene, Police found that a black sedan drove off a private driveway and got stuck in a drainage ditch. The incident occurred on private property and no serious damage or injuries were observed. Per the owner’s request, a tow company responded and recovered the vehicle.

26-005563 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity
An EMT reported seeing a male at the car wash tampering with the vacuum pumps. The EMT was on his way to a call and did not stay on scene. Police Officers responded to the location and checked the area. The suspect was located down the road and was identified. Officers did not locate any contraband or potentially stolen items on the subject. In addition, no damage was found to the car wash. The man was checked for warrants and sent on his way.


Day Shift June 15: A Squad

26-005565-6400 BLK Ringgold Road - Suspicious Person
Police were advised of a male walking around with what appeared to be a screwdriver and approaching vehicles. Patrol contacted the male saying he was trying to make money by offering to check people's tire pressure with his gauge. The male was checked for warrants and sent on his way.

26-005566- 500 BLK South Moore Road- Harassing Communications
Th RP reported receiving harassing correspondence in the form of profane mail allegedly sent by a man from Miami, Florida. The mail was collected and submitted as evidence.

26-005567-5300 BLK Lazard Street- Deceptive Practice
Police spoke with a woman who advised she received a call from a debt collector regarding a loan. Officers were advised by the woman she had not applied for a loan and was concerned. The woman did not have any additional information at the time of the incident. Police advised her to contact the credit bureaus to inquire if the action on her credit history reflected what the debt collector stated. The caller advised she would gather more information and call back later.

26-005568-6200 BLK Holiday Drive- Alarm
Patrol was dispatched to this residence on reports of a garage alarm. Police were advised by the homeowner that it was accidental.

26-005569 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road - Motor Vehicle Collision/Arrest
A man was arrested for Driving While Revoked for DUI after he merged his vehicle into the path of another vehicle in the adjacent lane.

26-005571 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Delayed Theft
An Asset Protection Investigator called to report a theft that occurred at the listed address on June 10th at 11:59 AM. The investigator advised a female shoplifted approximately $20.00 worth of grocery items. A warrant is sought for shoplifting.

26-005572 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road - Suspicious Person
While conducting a business check, police were advised that a homeless male who patronized the store had inadvertently exposed himself to an employee due to his clothing being too loose. Officers located him and asked him to secure his clothing.

Night Shift June 15: D Squad

26-005573 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road - Civil Matter
A motorist called the non-emergency line following a minor fender bender in the parking lot. After observing that there was no obvious damage to the vehicles, both parties decided they did not require a police report.

26-005575 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road - SIA
Police followed up requesting surveillance footage from a prior incident involving vandalism on June 11th, 2026.

26-005585 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway - Suspicious Activity
A female mental health consumer reported feeling anxious and scared about hearing car horns and ATV engines revving outside her house. When police arrived on scene, she told police she needed to be taken somewhere safe and requested a courtesy ride to the emergency room.

26-005589 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Wellbeing Check
A concerned friend requested that officers check on a party. The friend could not provide an address, stating the subject had been staying at a hotel in East Ridge. Officers checked all East Ridge hotels/motels, but did not locate her.

No Complaint number – 6100 BLK Bermuda Terrace - Unknown 911
Police checked the area but were unable to locate anyone in distress. During calls, Dispatch stated that they could only hear a rush of wind in the background. There was a high likelihood of an accidental dial.

No Complaint Number- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Miscellaneous
The Rhea County Sheriff's Department transported an inmate who went into labor to the hospital. A Rhea County Deputy accompanied the inmate. The deputy was expecting family members of the inmate (Sovereign Citizens) to appear at the hospital and cause a disorder. The inmate did not birth the child and was transported back to Rhea County Lockup without incident.
