On Saturday, the City of East Providence teamed up with RIBike, EPiC, Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council and the Rhode Island Department of Health to giveaway 150 free bike helmets and free bike lessons on the new children’s traffic garden at Grassy Plains Park.

East Providence continues to move forward as the best place to live, learn, work and play!
