The East Providence Emergency Management Agency is a division of the City’s Fire Department. East Providence EMA prepares for, and responds to, natural and manmade emergencies; recent examples of which include the COVID-19 response to testing and meds distribution in the form of vaccinations to our citizens. EMA also prepares and plans for Hurricanes, blizzards and power outages associated with weather events. We strive to provide the best possible customer service to our citizens. This page is not monitored 24/7. For emergencies, please call local police/fire/EMS, or 911.
