Required Professional Development Provider Forms

ISBE has recently updated the required 73-58 and 77-21B forms for all approved professional development providers. Providers can access the revised forms in the Forms section of the Professional Development Providers webpage. Providers who use PD+ to offer professional development activities are not required to use these forms.

Educator License Renewal

Educators whose licenses are up for renewal may begin the renewal process on April 1, 2026. ISBE will email educators with a renewal notification; therefore, it is essential that educators keep their contact information in Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS) up to date to ensure they receive these communications.
