We love seeing our Bulldogs continue to succeed and make an impact long after they leave our halls! Congratulations to 2025 East Palestine High School graduate Heather Mohney on receiving the 2026 Girl Scout Gold Award!

Inspired by her experience as a Bulldog track & field athlete, Heather saw an opportunity to make the EPHS shot-put area better for current athletes and visiting teams. Her project included advocating for proper gravel pathways and creating a structure that provides seating, storage and shelter.

What a wonderful example of using your experiences to give back and make your community better. We are proud to call you a Bulldog, Heather!

Congratulations to Heather M., 2026 Gold Award Girl Scout.

For her Gold Award project, Heather improved conditions at the East Palestine shot-put area by advocating for proper gravel pathways and constructing a structure that provides seating, storage, and shelter. Her work benefits both current track and field athletes and visiting teams. Inspired by her experience as a former team member, Heather identified a need within her community and created a lasting solution.

Our preschoolers enjoyed a special afternoon celebrating Grandparents Day at our Goodies with Grandparents event! Each student had the chance to invite two special guests to join them for a snack, craft, or story — creating some wonderful memories together!

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us to make this afternoon so special for our youngest Bulldogs!

That investment provides the instruction, programs, and opportunities our students experience every day — and helps prepare them for the future, whether that means entering the workforce, pursuing higher education, starting a business, or becoming an active and contributing member of our community.

This program is designed to provide additional food support to families in our school community. If your family could benefit, we encourage you to learn more and complete the registration process. The first Family Food Pantry pickup will be on Thursday, September 17th, from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember.

Today, we honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and the first responders who courageously put their own lives on the line to save others. We remember the heroes, the families, and a nation forever changed—and we carry their stories and sacrifices with us.

We will never forget.

Over the past three school years, our DSP-U program has truly blossomed, creating meaningful opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience and industry-recognized credentials as Direct Support Professionals.

Through our partnerships with Lighthouse Cove and Threshold Residential Services, our students are able to take what they learn and apply it in real-world settings—building skills, confidence, and a foundation for future careers.

We’re proud to see this program continue to grow and provide our students with opportunities that make a difference!
