It’s with profound saddness that in the early morning of June 18, I lost my wife, Cheryl Croce Cantafio suddenly and without warning. I don’t know why she was taken so soon. It hurts. Cheryl was the best person I knew. A giver - always helping; especially helping me. She was my rock for everything. Through all my family losses and even my own health issues, she was always right there. We were two peas in a pod. We loved each other totally and without reservation. We could finish each other’s sentences, knew everything about each other and embraced the good with the bad. She loved our pups - crazy as they may be. They miss her already; catching them just staring at the front door. The love of my life is gone - ripping the hearts right out of my family and me. Please pray for us as we are hurting and are in complete shock. To Cheryl: I love you; I miss you. And this is only day three with you gone. The world is a much darker place without you in it. You were a beacon of light to everyone you touched or had the incredible luck to have known you. We would have celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary this November, where we planned on renewing our wedding vows. We’ll meet again in Heaven. Until that day. 💔 And I will do my best to keep your Little Free Library going.

Hi. It’s been a while. Appreciate you sticking around. 🥰

I’ve re-stocked the library. The Fresh Books sign is up! There are a bevy of books. There’s fiction and romance and thrillers and horror and graphic novels and poetry.

And yes, there are new children’s books on the bottom shelf.

For those who dropped off the huge stock of children’s and grown-up books: thank you. I’ve brought them in to be stamped and cleaned for the next reader.

Some of the books in the library are by local authors. There's a Local Author Book Fest in Skippack on Saturday, April 12th. Stop on by and support local.

l've placed a signed copy of my own book in the today! I would love it if someone picked it up and spread a positive word about it. It's a quick read that's perfect for those who enjoy spooky season books, those who want to meet their reading goals for this year, and it's a good primer/ intro to poetry.

Uh, hi. 🙈

It’s been a while. I’ve been spending some time writing, and have a book coming out in September.

But, this little free library has been doing its thing outside of social media - books borrowed, returned, and donated. 🎉🫶🏼

I’ve replenished the top shelf. Check out the pictures, including July’s , Anthony Horowitz’s With a Mind to Kill.

Hello! This isn’t a little free library post but it’s about books. About one book. About my second book, A Place No Flowers Grow, which will be out September 24th and available now for pre-order (if you’re interested). 🤗

A Place No Flowers Grow is a book in verse that uses poetry to create a modern-day gothic tale.

The story introduces Octavia, an optimistic doctor with a passion for the scientific world of plants and flowers. She meets Roen, an innovator looking for a fresh start. He is practicing questionable experiments on Fox, a regal, intelligent arctic animal in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Fates collide.
Love blooms.
Rage smolders.
