Rest in Peace Christopher Prescott.
I did not know him personally.
Today, June 17th is the anniversary of his tragic LODD in 1994. 32 years have gone by since that unforgetable tragedy. Assigned to Brooklyn's Station 34, Penn Station.
He was only 22 years old. Christopher became a member of the NYC*EMS approx 4 years prior & was a native of Staten Island. After his very early success on the job he was awarded ROOKIE OF THE YEAR. These are facts about him. There is so much more about what made him the person he was. Keep saying his name & tell about his life. Especially for those on the job now. Honoring his memory in a way, keeping him alive.
